Vendors, prior to submitting your 2026 application please note the following requirements:
Applications open January 15
- Non-refundable registration fee of $150 for general vendors and $300 for food vendors is required with your application.
- Four Winds Music Fest Inc. will collect a vendor fee after the festival of 10% of gross revenue for general vendors and 15% of gross revenue for food vendors. Payment is due at the end of the festival and can be made in cash or by e-transfer.
- Commercial Liability Insurance in the amount of $2M naming Four Winds Music Fest and Elephant Thoughts as additional insureds will be required and due no later than July 1st.

Sponsorship Packages
Stage Gold Sponsor
Stage Gold Sponsor $5K Investment:
This sponsorship package will offer your brand an opportunity for exposure to a diverse audience in Southern Ontario while supporting the success of our inaugural annual music event and benefiting Elephant Thoughts, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing poverty, promoting equality, and creating opportunities for children and youth facing obstacles through educational outreach and opportunities.
Your sponsorship will enable us to provide a high-quality professional stage for the performers at our festival. In return, your brand will receive the following benefits:
- Your brand logo and name will be prominently displayed on the stage backdrop, ensuring maximum visibility throughout the festival.
- Your brand will be featured in our event program, festival website and all of our social media advertisement.
- You will receive four VIP passes to the festival, including accommodations if required, plus 2 guest weekend passes.
- You will have the opportunity to sell or give away branded merchandise, such as hats or t-shirts, to our festival attendees.
Furthermore, your sponsorship is contributing to the success of Ontario live music while helping us support Canadian artists who will be performing on the stage.

Applications are open
Festival dates: July 10-12, 2026
Please Note: All volunteers must be 19+ years of age and commit to work a minimum of 12 hours during the 3 days of the fest. In addition, volunteers are expected to attend a two-hour training session prior to the event for job assignment and team building. As a volunteer, you will receive free admission and camping to the festival.
