Refunds

There are NO refunds or exchanges 

Camping

Campers will be provided with a map to the designated camping area upon registration.

Pricing for passes that include camping is per person.

No electricity on campsites.

Individual campsites will not be delineated, you will be guided by our volunteers as to where to camp.

Port-a-potties throughout the property.

Potable water available.

Recycling and garbage stations provided.

River swimming at your own risk, no night swimming.

Camp stoves are allowed.

You can park by your tent if space allows it, otherwise park at the designated parking area (see map).

 

 

All you need to know

  • This is an outdoor event, rain, or shine. Please check the weather and come prepared.
  • What is the address of the festival? 233639 Concession 2 WGR, Durham, ON N0G 1R0
  • Gates will be open during the registration times provided on your tickets – please respect the timing.
  • Friday day pass: 3pm-8pm
  • VIP Camping: 1pm-8pm
  • Three-day camping pass: 3pm-8pm
  • Two-day camping pass and Saturday pass: 10am-2pm
  • Sunday day pass: 10am-2pm
  • You can leave the festival grounds and return as you wish, you must show your wristband at the gate. Do not remove your wristband while at Riverstone Retreat.
  • First aid station is located at the Stone House-check map to locate it.
  • Campers will be able to park by their tents if space allows it, otherwise please park at the designated campers parking area once you’ve set up your tent, see map for location.
  • Please always display your parking pass while at Riverstone Retreat.
  • Alcohol will be available for purchase and it’s to be consumed within the designated licensed area(s).
  • What activities are included with my ticket purchase: yoga (see schedule for times) garden tours, beekeeping workshops, African drumming sessions, swimming, and 136 acres to explore!
  • Non-campers: Park at: (TBC), a shuttle bus will take you to Riverstone Retreat. A wristband will be provided prior to boarding the bus once your ticket is verified. The shuttle bus will run every 15 minutes. The bus shuttle schedule will match the registration times provided. *** Note: non-campers cannot park at Riverstone Retreat***
  • Please always wear your wristband.
  • Check the property map to locate first aid area, main stage, pavilion stage, food truck area, vendor village, yoga dome, river’s swimming area, kids maze, and the Janis Rotman Observatory.
  • There are limited tickets available for the Janis Rotman Observatory (check music schedule time prior to purchasing tickets, there are no refunds).
  • Dogs are allowed and to be kept on a leash in common areas; however, there are 136 acres of land, so feel free to let your dog roam free if it doesn’t interfere with the enjoyment of others.

 

Will there be food sold at the festival?

Yes, there will be food trucks.

Limited food options for breakfast.

Is this a kid friendly event?

Yes, kids 13 years and under are free.

Will alcohol be sold?

Yes. Alcohol will be available for purchase and it’s to be consumed within the designated licensed area(s).

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No. Alcohol will be available for purchase, and it’s to be consumed within the designated licensed area(s).

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are dog friendly.

Dogs are allowed and to be kept on a leash in common areas; however, there are 136 acres of land, so feel free to let your dog roam free if it doesn’t interfere with the enjoyment of others.
